Webcam for the PowerBook and Co.
• Dad and I picked up a webcam for the PowerBook tonight so I will be able to do some video conversationing with folks back home. This of course means more videos for those of you who were fans of my videos back in the days.
• In other news, my brother is home for a while and I'm about to ship off for college. My feelings about the transition are a bit muddled; I want to go there and stay here at the same time. Thankfully, it won't be as bad as it would seem to be.
• They tell me Ninja Movie 3 is done, and I hope it is true. This is a 2manshow with which I helped (acting, songwriting, song mixing [?]) this past month. It should be quite funny and well worth the time put in by everyone involved. My, what awkward sentences.
• Speaking of movies, Justin and I watched Being There, Peter Sellers' second to last acting role in film and "kind of his swan song," to quote my brother. A fantastically made movie, Sellers was up for the Oscar for Best Actor but didn't receive it, which infuriated him. Read the summary on imdb.com if you think you'd be interested in it. And if you don't know who Peter Sellers is (shame, shame), check his page too.
• It's been entirely too long since I updated my blog. However, I don't think it feels neglected. I really need to learn how to design competent websites.
• It's far too early in the morning, & I love my Mac.
• Two words: Sharon Jones and the Dap-Kings. Okay, six words and a hyphen. It was just going to be "Sharon Jones," but the Dap-Kings really play a big part, too; and we don't want to repeat the Funk Brothers incident. Regardless, any fan of soul and funk needs to hear this now!! WHY AREN'T YOU CLICKING?!
• I am a fan of Lindsay...a huge fan.
